Street Style

My friend Nadia, pictured here, was kind enough to allow me to post her pictures as the very first look of the street style section here on Hym and Herr.

I asked Nadia to let me post her look because I feel she is the epitome of expressive fashion - her clothing, though always beautiful, has a certain understated feel about it, the kind of quietness that makes you notice its beauty even more. If you have ever met Nadia or you ever do in the future, you will understand exactly what I mean when I say her style is truly an expression of her person.

Pictured here, Nadia captured the perfect balance between the last days of Summer and the upcoming Fall season by pairing her Grecian style dress with tan and earth tone belt, bag and

sandals. Her bag (not shown here) and belt's hardware detailing contrasted nicely with their neutral color, providing enough edge to play up the softness of her dress. The final touch of turquoise earrings (at left) and nails brought the whole look together.
